QUESTION: What is my package is stolen or lost in transit
ANSWER: Lost or Stolen Packages
Conservative Edge Salon LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Conservative Edge Salon LLC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Once orders have left Conservative Edge Salon LLC warehouse the package is in the care of the postal handler. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with courier and follow their guidelines. USPS and Fedex recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.

False claims of missing package WOULD NOT be honored. Meaning if USPS or FEDEX confirms delivery of your package but claims of not receiving package is received , Sadly, we won’t give a refund.

Q: How often can I wear my extensions?
A: As often as you like, just remember to pull up/wrapped up when sleeping to prolong their life.
Q: Will people be able to see if I am wearing hair extensions?
A: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder we always suggest consulting a master licensed hair stylist when styling and getting to know your unit. After receiving Wig/Unit it is NORMAL to still have to slightly customize any wig/unit to fit you face and/or head shape. Wig/Unit may still need a slight shape up and styling to fit your unique face shape and personal style.
Q: Can my hair extensions be straightened, curled, dyed?
A: Yes. As it is 100% Virgin hair, it can be straightened, curled and colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. Wig/Unit can be dyed Unless you ordered jet black or customized colored Wig/Unit
Q: How long does it last?
A. This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it,it may last up -/+ 1/year or longer with care
Q: About Combing?
1. Use a smooth-edged wide-toothed comb.
2. When detangling your hair, use comb or paddle brush lightly then start with the bottom of the extension and work your way up to reduce pulling at the hair.
Q: About Washing?
1. Wash the hair every week.
2. Use a mild Shampoo, Rinse and leave to dry.
3. Don’t blows the root of hairs too near with the hair drier.
4. Don’t grasping the root of hair overexert when washing.
Q: About Moisturize hair under Wig/Unit and Wig/Unit ?
A: At least once a week go through the rows of your braid base and gently apply moisturizing hair and scalp cream or hair oil (ONLY AS NEEDED/IF NEEDED)(ie, Coconut oil, Shea butter, lotion). Too much oil causes hair to be weighed down. Very Light shine spray as needed on Wig/Unit.
Q: Is the hair virgin and unprocessed?
Q: What kinds of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat this hair just as it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioner regularly. Leave the hair get dry naturally, do not use hair dryer too much. You could also use gel or hair spray to keep its wavy.
Q: What if my Wig/Unit gets tangled?
A: Hair get tangle because it’s too dry, wash with conditioner and it will get better. Always handle with care, limit heat, take off or nightly and put on mannequin head, shampoo and condition regularly.
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual apparel or wig. Please read all our term and conditions before placing order/s. We do our very best to make sure our samples are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact sample. In most cases the apparel color online will work for most people if it’s a white or off white, but dark colors colors would be best to visit our location first. They may vary slightly from the actual product and there are also dye lot changes in the material, and we cannot be responsible for these differences.
Note: Just because products have the same color name that does not mean they are the same exact color. Also don’t mistake the color name to be what you may think that color should be. Example, just because a color may have the name Pecan, does not mean it will necessarily look like what most people would consider to be a Pecan color. Please make an appointment to visit us to avoid any confusion and color mistakes.
